Booking & confirmation
The form on this site sends a non-binding inquiry. A booking is only confirmed once we reply, agree the dates, and you receive a written confirmation by email.
Payment
No payment is collected on this site. After confirmation we send a payment link by email. Standard payment terms apply (TODO: deposit % at booking, balance TODO: days before arrival).
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival; details and any exceptions are stated in your confirmation.
House rules
- Maximum 8 guests.
- Quiet hours 22:00–07:00, in line with local Tirol regulations.
- Smoking only outdoors.
- Pets: TODO.
Liability & jurisdiction
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction: TODO: court / district.
