We collect only what we need to reply to your booking inquiry. No tracking pixels, no third-party advertising, no data resale.

What we collect
- Booking inquiries — when you submit the booking form, your name, email, requested dates, guest count and optional note are sent to us by email. We use this only to reply and (if you proceed) to confirm a stay.
- Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard access logs (IP, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Art. 6(1)(b) — pre-contract steps you have requested (your inquiry).
- Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.
Retention
We keep inquiry emails for up to TODO months unless a booking is concluded, in which case statutory tax-record retention applies (typically seven years under Austrian BAO).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing us. You may also complain to the Austrian data protection authority (dsb.gv.at).
